Solve a detective murder mystery on foot around the Venetian harbour and old town of Chania, at your own pace.
遺体がひとつ、バルサザールという被害者がひとり、そしてハニアの街をまだ歩いている犯人がひとり。ここから先はあなたの事件です。
ご自分のスマートフォンで動き、ハニアの街をそのまま盤面に使う推理ゲームです。手がかりを集め、デジタルの登場人物に質問し、暗号を破り、最後に犯人の名前を挙げます。つまり卓を囲まずに街へ持ち出したマダミスで、案内する人も、間に合わせる集合時刻も、一緒に動く団体もありません。
事件の最初の住所は Venetian Lighthouse、Firkas Fortress、Küçük Hasan Mosque です。順に回っていきますが、二つの地点のあいだで気づいたことのほうが、地点に書かれていることより効いてくる場面もあります。
事件がハニアのどこへ連れていくのか
先へ進むと Municipal Market of Chania にたどり着きます。多くのグループが、街の見え方が変わったことに気づくのはこのあたりです。
ハニアでの捜査はこう進みます
物語のほうが道中であなたを見つけます。それぞれの地点で、デジタルの登場人物が起きたことの一部を知っていて、去る前に謎か、暗号か、写真ミッションを残していきます。正解するほどリストは短くなります。3〜4キロ、1.5〜2時間を見ておいてください。ただし計測はしていないので、途中で食事に入ってから戻っても構いません。シャーロックホームズを読んだ人はもう手法を知っています。全員が通り過ぎるものに気づき、それが何を意味するのかを言う、それだけです。
ハニアで誰と遊ぶか
友人と。1台のスマートフォンに4名まで、順番待ちは発生しません。2人で過ごす午後にも、予定がまとまらない大人数にも、同じように使えます。
チームで。4名につき1枚チケットを買い、ハニアで各グループを同じ事件に送り出して、あとで比べてください。ガイドも会場費も決まった時刻も不要なので、参加者が三々五々集まる懇親会の前後にも差し込めます。
子連れで。八歳くらいから。子どもは大人が通り過ぎた壁の細部を見つけますし、暗号は最後には家族全員で解くことになります。

ハニアのマダミスはどうやって遊ぶのですか？
ゲームは Loquiz アプリで動きます。ハニアのスタート地点でアプリを開き、そこから進めていくだけです。デジタルの登場人物からの手がかり、各地点での謎・暗号・写真ミッション、そして最後にひとつの名前。
所要時間はどのくらいですか？
多くのグループで1.5〜2時間、徒歩で3〜4キロほどです。制限時間はありません。こちらが止まればゲームも止まるので、途中で食事に入り、そのあと続きから再開できます。
チケット1枚で何人まで遊べますか？
1枚で1〜4名、スマートフォン1台で遊べます。合計19.95ユーロです。5名以上のグループは2枚目を買ってください。チーム対抗で競えるようにもなります。
時間帯の予約は必要ですか？
日付だけです。実際に何時に始めるかはご自分で決められますし、ハニアのどこにも待っている人はいません。集合場所も、ガイドも、団体もありません。
子どもでも楽しめますか？
八歳くらいから遊べます。3〜4キロは子どもでも問題なく歩けますし、写真ミッションではたいてい子どもがいちばん速く、暗号は家族で一緒に解く部分になります。
雨が降ったらどうなりますか？
遊びたいときに遊び、止めたいときに止められます。軒下に入り、待って、また進めてください。すべて保存されていて、時計も動いていないので失うものはありません。
これは推理ゲームですか、それともハニアの街歩きですか？
道のりとしてはハニアを一周する街歩き、中身としては殺人事件です。街は歩きながら入ってきますが、解説されるわけではありません。ここで探すのはあなたなので、そのぶん記憶にも残ります。

I had a fantastic experience with CityGame! The concept is creative, engaging, and a great way to explore a city in a completely new way. This is an interesting way to conduct a self-guided Amsterdam city tour. It used the GPS on your phone to guide you to stops on a route. There are mini quizzes once you arrive at the stops on the path. The quizzes draw your attention to features in front of you or to a brief history of the place. In many cases, we visited a spot that would not have been obvious as a regular passer by. The tour as a whole was interesting to us as newcomers, but I would have liked more information on many locations we visited - a few links outside of the app for each place would have been helpful. Beyond that, the interface was a bit clunky and sometimes awkward to navigate. We definitely don't regret trying this out and feel like we got our money's worth on the experience.

This was a fun game! It had a few challenges which was good and surprises. It got me to go around and explore Queenstown, New Zealand. I got to places in Queenstown, New Zealand I hadn’t been to before while on holiday here. Thank you for that and it gave a feel what it would be like to be the actual Sherlock Holmes!
