フィラのどこかで、誰かがバルサザールを殺して立ち去りました。それが誰なのかを割り出すのがあなたの仕事です。
これは、ご自分のスマートフォンで、好きなペースで進めるマダミスです。事件現場になるのはフィラの街そのもの。手がかりをたどり、デジタルの登場人物に話を聞き、暗号を解いて、犯人を指し示してください。屋外で遊ぶ推理ゲームなので、ガイドも、決まった開始時刻も、ついていくべき団体もありません。
移動はすべて徒歩で、地点と地点のあいだも事件は動きつづけます。歩く時間そのものがゲームで、面白い場面のあいだの空白ではありません。
事件がフィラのどこへ連れていくのか
終盤には、街を見る回数と同じくらい自分のメモを見返すことになります。はじめは背景にしか見えなかった二つ三つが、最後の判断を決めます。
フィラでの推理ゲームの進み方
歩くうちに、事件は断片で届きます。地点ではデジタルの登場人物が待っていて、それぞれが真相の一部と、課題を一つ持っています。謎、暗号、写真。解いたぶんだけ容疑者リストから名前が消えます。目安は3〜4キロで1.5〜2時間ですが、誰も時間を計っていません。途中で一時間座り込んでも、事件のほうが待っています。手法はシャーロックホームズの事件でおなじみのものです。ほかの人が通り過ぎるところで立ち止まり、そこに何があるのかを回りくどくなく言うだけです。
フィラで誰と遊ぶか
友人と。4人で1台を共有し、たいていは4通りの推理も共有します。子ども向けのスタンプラリーではなく、大人が二時間楽しめるミステリーゲームなので、まだ打ち解けていないグループでも事件のほうが会話をつくってくれます。デートにも女子会の延長にも向きます。
子連れで。八歳くらいから遊べます。3〜4キロは障害になりません。写真ミッションでは子どものほうが大人より速く、フィラでは中高生まで参加する数少ない体験のひとつです。
チームで。チームビルディングゲームとして、ガイドも会場も決まった開始時刻も要りません。二つ三つのグループに同じ事件を解かせて結果を比べてください。社員旅行なら、着いた人から順に始められます。

ゲームは Loquiz アプリで動きます。フィラのスタート地点でアプリを開き、そこから進めていくだけです。デジタルの登場人物からの手がかり、各地点での謎・暗号・写真ミッション、そして最後にひとつの名前。
所要時間はどのくらいですか？
3〜4キロで1.5〜2時間を見ておいてください。動いている時計も締め切りの時刻もないので、ペースはこちらで決め、休みたいところで休めます。

おおむね八歳から。距離は障害になりませんし、写真ミッションでは子どもが大人を追い抜きます。暗号は最後には家族の共同作業になります。
雨が降ったらどうなりますか？
遊ぶ時間も止める時間もこちらで決められます。建物に入って通り過ぎるのを待ち、中断したところから事件を再開してください。進行状況は保存され、動いている時計もありません。
これは推理ゲームですか、それともフィラの街歩きですか？
よい散策ルートと同じようにフィラを歩かせてくれますし、歩きながら街を覚えます。違うのは、何かを探しているという点です。建物を見上げる理由としては、「見てください」と言われるよりこちらのほうが強く働きます。

I had a fantastic experience with CityGame! The concept is creative, engaging, and a great way to explore a city in a completely new way. This is an interesting way to conduct a self-guided Amsterdam city tour. It used the GPS on your phone to guide you to stops on a route. There are mini quizzes once you arrive at the stops on the path. The quizzes draw your attention to features in front of you or to a brief history of the place. In many cases, we visited a spot that would not have been obvious as a regular passer by. The tour as a whole was interesting to us as newcomers, but I would have liked more information on many locations we visited - a few links outside of the app for each place would have been helpful. Beyond that, the interface was a bit clunky and sometimes awkward to navigate. We definitely don't regret trying this out and feel like we got our money's worth on the experience.

This was a fun game! It had a few challenges which was good and surprises. It got me to go around and explore Queenstown, New Zealand. I got to places in Queenstown, New Zealand I hadn’t been to before while on holiday here. Thank you for that and it gave a feel what it would be like to be the actual Sherlock Holmes!
