Follow a detective murder mystery on foot through the old town of Brasov, from the City Hall to the Black Church and Strada Sforii.

ブラショフが殺人事件を抱えています。被害者はバルサザール。誰が殺したのかを突き止めるのが、この日の午後の予定になります。

これは、ご自分のスマートフォンで、好きなペースで進めるマダミスです。事件現場になるのはブラショフの街そのもの。手がかりをたどり、デジタルの登場人物に話を聞き、暗号を解いて、犯人を指し示してください。屋外で遊ぶ推理ゲームなので、ガイドも、決まった開始時刻も、ついていくべき団体もありません。

ルートが拾っていくのは Biserica Neagră、House of Muresenilor、Strada Sforii です。あいだの区間もすべて事件の一部なので、謎解きの本ではなく街歩きとして成立します。

ブラショフのルートに何があるか

ルートの後半に残っているのが Nicolae Titulescu Park です。そこへ着く頃には、容疑者のリストは細部がすべて効いてくるくらいまで短くなっています。

ブラショフのマダミスはこう動きます

道中で物語が少しずつ姿を見せます。地点と地点のあいだにいるデジタルの登場人物はそれぞれ何かを知っていますが、謎か暗号か写真ミッションを解かないと話してくれません。正解のたびに容疑者が一人消えます。通常は3〜4キロを1.5〜2時間、時計は動いていないので途中で食事に出ても何も失いません。手法はシャーロックホームズの事件簿にあるとおりで、まず誰よりもよく見て、それから見たものを飾らずに言う、という順番です。

ブラショフで誰と遊ぶか

子連れで。八歳くらいから遊べますし、写真ミッションでは子どもが毎回いちばん速く動きます。ブラショフを子連れで一日過ごすときの利点は、道中誰も黙って解説を聞かなくていいところです。

チームで。チームビルディングとして、進行役の費用も会場費もかかりません。4名ずつのグループに同じ事件を解かせて所要時間を比べてください。社内イベントや社員旅行なら、日付を決めるだけで足ります。

友人と。2人でも6人でも同じように成立し、増えるのは犯人をめぐる議論だけです。バチェラーパーティーの初日に置くなら、朝から遊べるところも利点になります。

ブラショフのマダミスはどうやって遊ぶのですか？

Loquiz という謎解きアプリをスマートフォンに入れ、ブラショフのスタート地点まで歩いて、そこから始めます。地点から地点へ移動するうちに物語が開いていきます。デジタルの登場人物が手がかりを渡し、それぞれの地点には謎か、暗号か、写真ミッションが待っています。すべて解き終えると、バルサザールを殺した犯人を指名できます。

所要時間はどのくらいですか？

多くのグループで1.5〜2時間、徒歩で3〜4キロほどです。制限時間はありません。こちらが止まればゲームも止まるので、途中で食事に入り、そのあと続きから再開できます。

チケット1枚で何人まで遊べますか？

4名までが1台のスマートフォンと19.95ユーロのチケット1枚を共有します。4名を超えるならもう1枚。同じ事件に2チームというのは、そもそも遊び方としてこちらのほうが面白くなります。

時間帯の予約は必要ですか？

予約で決めるのは日にちだけ、時刻はお任せです。ブラショフにはそのための集合場所もガイドも、参加すべき団体もありません。

子どもでも楽しめますか？

おおむね八歳から。距離は障害になりませんし、写真ミッションでは子どもが大人を追い抜きます。暗号は最後には家族の共同作業になります。

雨が降ったらどうなりますか？

待てば済む程度のことです。カフェに入ってにわか雨をやり過ごし、止めたところから続けてください。進行状況は保存されていますし、失うような制限時間もありません。

これは推理ゲームですか、それともブラショフの街歩きですか？

道のりとしてはブラショフを一周する街歩き、中身としては殺人事件です。街は歩きながら入ってきますが、解説されるわけではありません。ここで探すのはあなたなので、そのぶん記憶にも残ります。

    I had a fantastic experience with CityGame! The concept is creative, engaging, and a great way to explore a city in a completely new way.     This is an interesting way to conduct a self-guided Amsterdam city tour. It used the GPS on your phone to guide you to stops on a route. There are mini quizzes once you arrive at the stops on the path. The quizzes draw your attention to features in front of you or to a brief history of the place. In many cases, we visited a spot that would not have been obvious as a regular passer by. The tour as a whole was interesting to us as newcomers, but I would have liked more information on many locations we visited - a few links outside of the app for each place would have been helpful. Beyond that, the interface was a bit clunky and sometimes awkward to navigate. We definitely don't regret trying this out and feel like we got our money's worth on the experience.

    This was a fun game! It had a few challenges which was good and surprises. It got me to go around and explore Queenstown, New Zealand. I got to places in Queenstown, New Zealand I hadn’t been to before while on holiday here. Thank you for that and it gave a feel what it would be like to be the actual Sherlock Holmes!
