Solve a detective murder mystery on foot through the walled old town of Ibiza, from the Portal de ses Taules to the cathedral.

バルサザールは死にました。手がかりはイビサの街を通っていて、そこをたどる人はほかにいません。

持ち歩ける事件記録です。事件はスマートフォンに届き、現場はイビサが用意し、どれだけ速く進むかはあなたが決めます。手がかりを集め、デジタルの登場人物を問い詰め、暗号を破り、犯人を挙げてください。ゲームマスターも集合場所も拘束される団体もないマダミスであり、そのまま街歩き謎解きとしても成立します。

事件の最初の住所は Museo Arqueológico Ibiza、Portal de ses Taules、Catedral de Santa María de las Nieves です。順に回っていきますが、二つの地点のあいだで気づいたことのほうが、地点に書かれていることより効いてくる場面もあります。

イビサのどこを歩くことになるのか

進むほどに事件は絞られていきます。容疑者の名前は減り、問いは具体的になり、最後の答えは序盤に通り過ぎた小さな一点にかかってきます。

イビサでの推理ゲームの進み方

こちらが歩き、事件のほうが向かってきます。地点のあいだにデジタルの登場人物が現れ、それぞれが物語の断片を一つと、謎か暗号か写真ミッションを一つ置いていきます。正解はリストから名前を消します。全体で3〜4キロ、1.5〜2時間ほど。時計は回っていないので、長いコーヒー休憩を取っても損はしません。手法はシャーロックホームズでおなじみのものです。きちんと見て、いま見たものを声に出す。

イビサを子連れで、友人と、チームで

友人と。1台のスマートフォンに4名まで、順番待ちは発生しません。2人で過ごす午後にも、予定がまとまらない大人数にも、同じように使えます。

チームで。4名につき1枚チケットを買い、イビサで各グループを同じ事件に送り出して、あとで比べてください。ガイドも会場費も決まった時刻も不要なので、参加者が三々五々集まる懇親会の前後にも差し込めます。

子連れで。八歳くらいから。子どもは大人が通り過ぎた壁の細部を見つけますし、暗号は最後には家族全員で解くことになります。

イビサのマダミスはどうやって遊ぶのですか？

Loquiz アプリをダウンロードし、イビサの最初の地点まで行って、準備ができたら始めてください。そこから先は事件があなたと一緒に動きます。登場人物が情報を持って現れ、各地点が謎か暗号か写真の課題を出し、最後の答えが犯人になります。

所要時間はどのくらいですか？

グループの多くは1.5〜2時間かけ、3〜4キロを歩きます。計測はしていないので、途中の長いコーヒー休憩に費用はかかりません。事件のほうが待っています。

チケット1枚で何人まで遊べますか？

チケット1枚、スマートフォン1台、1名から4名まで、全員合わせて19.95ユーロです。人数が多いときは2枚目を買って、二つのグループを競わせてください。

時間帯の予約は必要ですか？

予約で決めるのは日にちだけ、時刻はお任せです。イビサにはそのための集合場所もガイドも、参加すべき団体もありません。

子どもでも楽しめますか？

はい、八歳前後から遊べます。謎は解ける難度で、歩く距離が子どもにこたえることはありません。経験上、決め手になる細部に最初に気づくのはいちばん年下の参加者です。

雨が降ったらどうなりますか？

遊びたいときに遊び、止めたいときに止められます。軒下に入り、待って、また進めてください。すべて保存されていて、時計も動いていないので失うものはありません。

これは推理ゲームですか、それともイビサの街歩きですか？

道のりとしてはイビサを一周する街歩き、中身としては殺人事件です。街は歩きながら入ってきますが、解説されるわけではありません。ここで探すのはあなたなので、そのぶん記憶にも残ります。

    This is an interesting way to conduct a self-guided Amsterdam city tour. It used the GPS on your phone to guide you to stops on a route. There are mini quizzes once you arrive at the stops on the path. The quizzes draw your attention to features in front of you or to a brief history of the place. In many cases, we visited a spot that would not have been obvious as a regular passer by. The tour as a whole was interesting to us as newcomers, but I would have liked more information on many locations we visited - a few links outside of the app for each place would have been helpful. Beyond that, the interface was a bit clunky and sometimes awkward to navigate. We definitely don't regret trying this out and feel like we got our money's worth on the experience.

    This was a fun game! It had a few challenges which was good and surprises. It got me to go around and explore Queenstown, New Zealand. I got to places in Queenstown, New Zealand I hadn’t been to before while on holiday here. Thank you for that and it gave a feel what it would be like to be the actual Sherlock Holmes!
