How you get one
You already have one when you book: it uses the e-mail address of your booking. Everyone in your team who leaves their e-mail in the game gets one too, with the whole team's result.
Sign in with a link we send to your e-mail. No password, no app: it works in your browser.
Booked through a travel site like Viator or GetYourGuide? Add your own e-mail in the game or from our mail. Their address stops working a few days after your game; yours keeps everything.
What's in it
- Your games, scores and team photos.
- Gold from every game, and the badges you earn while you play.
- Your passport: a stamp for every city. Play all games of a city and you're its Master. A map shows where you've played.
- Your collection: the items you find in games, the character each game ends with, rare finds and numbered launch specials. Swap items with friends or give them away.
- Achievements across games, like Master of three cities or every game line played.
Levels
Explorer, Adventurer, Master, Legend: you go up by playing games, visiting cities and becoming a Master. Higher levels give you a personal discount, more gold per game, new games before everyone else and a golden frame. Legends get a free game every year.
Gold and the gold shop
You earn gold by playing, on your birthday, when you come back and when you bring a friend with your friend code (they get gold too). Spend it in the gold shop on merchandise, a free game or a gift card.
Gold is points, not money: you can't buy it, sell it or cash it out.
Friends
Add friends with their friend code, look at each other's passport and invite them to play together.
New games first
Masters of a city, players who asked for a game in their city, higher levels and Pass holders hear about new games first and can play them before they're public.
City Game Pass
With the Pass your team plays every game in every city for 12 months. As a player you also get welcome gold, more gold per game and new games first.
On the blockchain (optional)
If you like, you can keep your badges, souvenirs, characters and items in your own digital wallet, made in seconds with Face ID or your fingerprint, or use one you already have. It's free: City Game pays the fee. Your Traveller's Pass grows with every city. Nothing to buy, and you never need it to play.
Your data
We keep what your account needs: your games, gold, collection and passport. On your account page you can download everything or delete your account, and switch off mails about new games. More in our privacy policy.

Do I need an account to play?
No. Everyone in the team can play. The account keeps what you win.
Does it cost anything?
No, your account is free.
Do I need a password or an app?
No. You sign in with a link we e-mail you, and it works in your browser.
I booked through Viator or GetYourGuide. What now?
Add your own e-mail address, in the game or from our mail. Everything moves to it.
Can everyone in the team have an account?
Yes. Everyone who leaves their e-mail in the game gets the whole team's result.
What is gold worth?
Gold is points to spend in the gold shop. It has no money value and can't be exchanged for money.
What are the wallet and the digital items?
An optional extra: you can keep your badges and items in your own digital wallet, for free. You never need it to play.
