With City Game Rotterdam you can find De Rotterdam; a building located in the Kop van Zuid district. Designed by the Office for Metropolitan Architecture in 1998, and completed in 2013. It is located between the KPN Tower and the Rotterdam cruise terminal. The building consists of three interconnected towers that share a nine-meter-high, six-story base. Lastly, we just love how this building looks, it’s just so unique!

Maastoren

Maastoren is a 44-story, 165 m tall skyscraper. Firstly, it was designed by Dam & Partners in collaboration with Odile Decq Benoit Cornette and is the tallest building in the Netherlands. Secondly, it is notable for being filled with offices. Lastly, the tower’s parking garage occupies ten floors above the ground and forms a total of 634 parking spaces. Can you imagine so many parking spaces?

Millennium Tower (Rotterdam)

The Millennium Tower is a 35-story, 130.8 m tall skyscraper designed by WZMH Architects and AGS Architecten. It was completed in 2000. Moreover, the tower was built in Weena, opposite the central station. And, it is mixed-use as the first 15 floors belong to the Rotterdam Marriott Hotel, including 2 restaurants, and the other floors are used as offices. We love the look of this building! You should definitely go stay at the hotel the next time you are in the city!

The Red Apple

You may have heard of “The Big Apple”, well in Rotterdam we have The Red Apple! The Red Apple is a 40-story, 124-m residential high-rise on the island of Wijnhaven, designed by KCAP Architects & Planners and Jan des Bouvrie. Moreover, it is the eighth tallest building in Rotterdam. Lastly, the building was completed in 2009 and has 121 units. Also, the first floor is used for shops and restaurants. KPN Tower

Last on our list (but definitely not the least) we have The KPN Tower. This tower is a 96-m high office building located in Rotterdam. What’s more, it was designed by Italian architect Renzo Piano and construction began in 1998. The building was officially opened by its owner, KPN, on September 28, 2000.
