Koppelpoort
The Koppelpoort is a city gate in Amersfoort. It is a combination of a land and water gate. The name is probably derived from the Eastern Dutch word coppel meaning common meadow. The area outside the Koppelpoort was a common area.
National Military Museum

The Armando Museum was a Dutch museum, with works mainly by the Dutch artist Armando. The Armando Museum, together with Kunsthal KAdE, Museum Flehite, the Mondriaanhuis and the FASadE, was part of the Amersfoort Foundation in C. A fire in 2007 marked the end of the museum.
