Cuypershuis
The Cuypershuis is a museum in the Limburg city of Roermond. From 1932 to 2009, the Stedelijk Museum Roermond was located here. The Cuypershuis was founded in 2011 after the Stedelijk Museum Roermond was divided into three parts: the Cuypershuis, the Historiehuis and the modern art collection of the municipality of Roermond.
Molen De Grauwe Beer
Molen De Grauwe Beer is a belt mill in Beesel in central Limburg. Firstly, the mill was built in 1614 in Zaandam as a sawmill. In 1891 the mill was shipped to Beesel. The mill was redesigned to serve as a flour mill. It remained in operation until the 1960s.
Lastly, in 1982-1983 the mill was restored and moved to the banks of the Meuse. Since then, the mill has been in operation on a voluntary basis.

Stadspark de Kartuis
The estate is located east of Swalmen and also includes De Hout and the Wandelpark near the De Bosberg swimming pool. The Swalm strongly flows through the area with many sand and gravel banks, shallow fast flowing routes and deep slow flowing inner bends. The various pools in the area are fed by groundwater and, at high water levels, by the Swalm.
Maas Binnenvaartmuseum
Experiencing that great decline with the governor of Limburg himself is something you can’t miss. This museum has special scale ships and a model representing the great shipwreck of the war. It also shows the ship attributes as they used to be used. Here you can also learn all about the sand and gravel mining, which has been so important for Maasbracht.
