Do I need to download an app?
That depends on the game. Many games run straight in the browser on your own phone: you get a link by email, open it at the starting point and press start. Some games are played in the free Loquiz app; the game page and your email say so, and you can download the app before you start.
How long is my ticket valid?
Twelve months from the day you book. You do not pick a date or time; you start whenever it suits you.
How many people can play?
One ticket is for one team of up to four players. Bigger group? Book more teams and race each other.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free until you start the game. Once the game has started, it cannot be refunded.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, if you ask for one: tick “Send me an invoice” at checkout, or add your company details. The invoice comes by email.
