I had a fantastic experience with CityGame! The concept is creative, engaging, and a great way to explore a city in a completely new way. The games are well-designed, combining puzzles, storytelling, and adventure so you’re constantly discovering something interesting around every corner. What I especially love is how CityGame turns a normal walk through the city into an interactive experience. It’s perfect for friends, families, or team outings, and it makes sightseeing much more exciting than the usual tours. Everything was easy to use, the challenges were fun and clever, and it really encouraged us to look closer at the city and its hidden details. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a unique and memorable way to explore!

This is an interesting way to conduct a self-guided Amsterdam city tour. It used the GPS on your phone to guide you to stops on a route. There are mini quizzes once you arrive at the stops on the path. The quizzes draw your attention to features in front of you or to a brief history of the place. In many cases, we visited a spot that would not have been obvious as a regular passer by. The tour as a whole was interesting to us as newcomers, but I would have liked more information on many locations we visited - a few links outside of the app for each place would have been helpful. Beyond that, the interface was a bit clunky and sometimes awkward to navigate. We definitely don't regret trying this out and feel like we got our money's worth on the experience.

Which stories suit teams of up to four?
Secrets of Ibiza follows Tanner as you help restore the island's lost magic. The walk passes Dalt Vila, Isidoro Macabich and Guillem de Montgrí. It runs in the browser on your own phone, with no app needed, and allows at most four players per team.
Sherlock Holmes murder mystery in Ibiza follows a case through the walled old town from Portal de ses Taules to the cathedral. It also allows four players sharing a phone but uses the free Loquiz app. Choose the story your colleagues want to discuss, then arrange teams and their devices. Everyone can help make decisions while each team guides itself through the walking activity.

What outdoor escape choice accommodates five colleagues?
The Ibiza Syndicate (outdoor escape game) follows Magnus and the stolen formulas from Portal de ses Taules to the harbour. You also pass Sant Salvador de la Marina. It allows at most five players sharing one phone with the free Loquiz app. Colleagues guide themselves through the outdoor story at their team's pace.
That team limit gives your organiser another way to divide colleagues into small groups. Everyone can suggest ideas while one person handles the screen, keeping the chase shared around the phone. Choose it when an outdoor escape story sounds right for the outing. Keep competition friendly and prepare each team's phone before gathering to begin the activity together.
How do we organise the shared start and cost?
Each game takes 1.5 to 2 hours and costs €19.95 per team. Count teams within the four-player city story and detective limit, or five for the outdoor escape game. Every team uses its own phone. Larger groups can ask for a group quote on the website.
All teams can start at the same time and compare scores. Choose your story first, assign colleagues within its limit and check the phone setup. You can begin whenever you want, every day, with a booking valid for 12 months. Agree a shared start and allow room for the walk while teams follow the self-guided activity on their own devices.
Can teams compare their results?
