I had a fantastic experience with CityGame! The concept is creative, engaging, and a great way to explore a city in a completely new way. The games are well-designed, combining puzzles, storytelling, and adventure so you’re constantly discovering something interesting around every corner. What I especially love is how CityGame turns a normal walk through the city into an interactive experience. It’s perfect for friends, families, or team outings, and it makes sightseeing much more exciting than the usual tours. Everything was easy to use, the challenges were fun and clever, and it really encouraged us to look closer at the city and its hidden details. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a unique and memorable way to explore!

This is an interesting way to conduct a self-guided Amsterdam city tour. It used the GPS on your phone to guide you to stops on a route. There are mini quizzes once you arrive at the stops on the path. The quizzes draw your attention to features in front of you or to a brief history of the place. In many cases, we visited a spot that would not have been obvious as a regular passer by. The tour as a whole was interesting to us as newcomers, but I would have liked more information on many locations we visited - a few links outside of the app for each place would have been helpful. Beyond that, the interface was a bit clunky and sometimes awkward to navigate. We definitely don't regret trying this out and feel like we got our money's worth on the experience.

Which game combines puzzles, photo tasks and stories?
Secrets of Singapore follows a self-guided walking route from the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, with puzzles, photo tasks and stories along the way. You use the free Loquiz app on your own phone. For things to do in Singapore with a common purpose, you can share the tasks with your companions before choosing how to respond. Photo tasks add another way to take part during the walk. Let everyone suggest an idea so the activity belongs to the whole team. You explore without a guide and decide how much time to give the questions and the surroundings as you continue on foot.

Where does the Singapore detective case unfold?
Sherlock Holmes murder mystery in Singapore runs through the centre from the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple to Merlion Park. You see Marina Gardens Drive and Bayfront Avenue along the route. The investigation uses the free Loquiz app on your own phone and gives the walk a case to discuss together. Read the clues aloud so your companions can consider the same information before suggesting an explanation. Your group may agree quickly or need to compare several possibilities. You follow the game independently, choosing the pace and how much attention to give each part of the case while exploring the city setting on foot.
What will you pursue in the escape game?
The Singapore Syndicate (outdoor escape game) follows Magnus and stolen formulas from South Bridge Road to Pagoda Street. You see the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Erskine Road along the route. The game uses the free Loquiz app and lets at most 5 players share one phone. Make the information part of the group conversation before deciding how to continue the chase. These things to do in Singapore give your walk a shared goal, with your own team in charge of the pace. You follow the story independently and can compare different ideas before choosing the next step in the search together.
What is the price for the different Singapore games?
Secrets and the detective case cost €19.95 per team: one phone, at most 4 players. The Syndicate costs €19.95 per team: one phone, at most 5 players.
How long should we leave for one activity?
A game takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. You explore independently and choose your own pace, discussing the clues or tasks with your companions during the walk.
Which app is used for these Singapore stories?
All three named games use the free Loquiz app on your own phone. Prepare it on the device your team shares and keep everyone involved in the information.
Can our start fit around the rest of our day?
You can start whenever you want, every day, and the game is valid for 12 months. Choose a suitable time with your companions and follow your own pace.
