I had a fantastic experience with CityGame! The concept is creative, engaging, and a great way to explore a city in a completely new way. The games are well-designed, combining puzzles, storytelling, and adventure so you’re constantly discovering something interesting around every corner. What I especially love is how CityGame turns a normal walk through the city into an interactive experience. It’s perfect for friends, families, or team outings, and it makes sightseeing much more exciting than the usual tours. Everything was easy to use, the challenges were fun and clever, and it really encouraged us to look closer at the city and its hidden details. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a unique and memorable way to explore!

This is an interesting way to conduct a self-guided Amsterdam city tour. It used the GPS on your phone to guide you to stops on a route. There are mini quizzes once you arrive at the stops on the path. The quizzes draw your attention to features in front of you or to a brief history of the place. In many cases, we visited a spot that would not have been obvious as a regular passer by. The tour as a whole was interesting to us as newcomers, but I would have liked more information on many locations we visited - a few links outside of the app for each place would have been helpful. Beyond that, the interface was a bit clunky and sometimes awkward to navigate. We definitely don't regret trying this out and feel like we got our money's worth on the experience.

Where can explorers or detective teams walk?
Secrets of Bangkok starts at the Rama IV statue and leads towards Wat Phra Kaew with puzzles to solve. You guide yourselves on a shared phone, with friends offering observations and ideas as they follow the exploration activity together. It suits a group that wants walking and puzzles to shape the opening of the day.
Sherlock Holmes murder mystery in Bangkok follows a case from Tha Chang Pier past Wat Pho to the City Pillar Shrine. Choose it when a detective story is the focus your friends prefer. Both games use the free Loquiz app and allow at most four players per team. Prepare a phone for every team joining the activity.

What outdoor escape game allows five friends?
The Bangkok Syndicate (outdoor escape game) follows Magnus and the stolen formulas past Soi Rambuttri, Wat Bowonniwet Wihan and Thanon Phra Sumen. It allows at most five players sharing one phone with the free Loquiz app. You guide yourselves through the streets and take the outdoor story at your own pace.
For a bachelor or bachelorette group, this player limit offers another way to arrange friends into small teams. Everyone can contribute while one person handles the screen. Keep competition relaxed and use the chase as a shared opening to the celebration. Each team needs its own phone, so settle that practical detail before gathering to begin the walk and follow the chosen story together.
How should we plan our team bookings?
Each Bangkok game costs €19.95 per team and takes 1.5 to 2 hours. Calculate how many teams you need within the four-player exploration and detective limit, or five for the outdoor escape option. Every team uses one phone, so larger parties need several devices and bookings within those limits.
You can begin on any day whenever you want, and the booking stays valid for 12 months. Choose your story before assigning friends so the team arrangements fit, then prepare their phones. Agree a start together and leave enough room for the walk in the celebration's plans. No guide sets a departure for these self-guided games, leaving your group to organise its own beginning.
Can a bachelorette party choose these walks?
Yes. Bachelor and bachelorette groups can play in small teams with friendly competition.
Which exploration game starts at the Rama IV statue?
Secrets of Bangkok begins at the Rama IV statue and leads towards Wat Phra Kaew with puzzles.
Do the games all require an app?
Yes. Each game uses the free Loquiz app on your own team phone.
Is the price for each guest?
The price is €19.95 per team within its stated player limit, using one phone.
