I had a fantastic experience with CityGame! The concept is creative, engaging, and a great way to explore a city in a completely new way. The games are well-designed, combining puzzles, storytelling, and adventure so you’re constantly discovering something interesting around every corner. What I especially love is how CityGame turns a normal walk through the city into an interactive experience. It’s perfect for friends, families, or team outings, and it makes sightseeing much more exciting than the usual tours. Everything was easy to use, the challenges were fun and clever, and it really encouraged us to look closer at the city and its hidden details. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a unique and memorable way to explore!

This is an interesting way to conduct a self-guided Amsterdam city tour. It used the GPS on your phone to guide you to stops on a route. There are mini quizzes once you arrive at the stops on the path. The quizzes draw your attention to features in front of you or to a brief history of the place. In many cases, we visited a spot that would not have been obvious as a regular passer by. The tour as a whole was interesting to us as newcomers, but I would have liked more information on many locations we visited - a few links outside of the app for each place would have been helpful. Beyond that, the interface was a bit clunky and sometimes awkward to navigate. We definitely don't regret trying this out and feel like we got our money's worth on the experience.

Where does the detective case take place?
Sherlock Holmes murder mystery in Naples follows a walking case from Piazza del Gesù through the old centre to Duomo di Napoli. Along the route you also see Monastero di Santa Chiara. You investigate through the free Loquiz app, with one phone for at most four players. Pick this theme if colleagues enjoy discussing a mystery as they explore. Read the prompts together and hear different suggestions before agreeing on the next answer. The small-team format gives quieter colleagues room alongside the quick thinkers. A continuing case provides a shared purpose for the outing while walking creates time to talk between the decisions your team makes together.

Which tour includes puzzles and photo tasks?
Secrets of Naples is a self-guided walking tour past Teatro di San Carlo and Castel Nuovo with puzzles and photo tasks. You also see the Royal Palace of Naples along the way. The game runs in the browser on your own phone without an app. Choose this option when colleagues want an exploratory activity with different ways to join in. Share the reading and discussion, and let photo tasks give teammates another point of focus. A team of at most four keeps the activity open to each person rather than leave it with the colleague holding the device. The tour supplies the common challenge while your team brings its observations and ideas.
How do you arrange a shared start?
Both Naples games cost €19.95 per team and take 1.5 to 2 hours. Starting is flexible every day, and bookings are valid for 12 months. Form teams of at most four with a phone for each team. All teams can begin together and compare scores after playing. Prepare the free Loquiz app for the detective mystery or the browser for the puzzle tour, depending on your choice. Larger groups can ask for a group quote on the website. Leave enough time for the full walk in your outing plans so colleagues can enjoy solving together before you continue with the day’s other arrangements.
