Team building Osnabruck: walk and solve

City games in Osnabrück (2) ↓

Give team building Osnabruck a shared focus with puzzles and a city walk. Colleagues can choose an exploratory tour with photo tasks or follow Magnus in an outdoor escape game. Each team uses its own phone, and all teams can begin together before comparing their scores. Choose the story before arranging your teams, because the player limit differs between the games.

I had a fantastic experience with CityGame! The concept is creative, engaging, and a great way to explore a city in a completely new way. The games are well-designed, combining puzzles, storytelling, and adventure so you’re constantly discovering something interesting around every corner. What I especially love is how CityGame turns a normal walk through the city into an interactive experience. It’s perfect for friends, families, or team outings, and it makes sightseeing much more exciting than the usual tours. Everything was easy to use, the challenges were fun and clever, and it really encouraged us to look closer at the city and its hidden details. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a unique and memorable way to explore!

This is an interesting way to conduct a self-guided Amsterdam city tour. It used the GPS on your phone to guide you to stops on a route. There are mini quizzes once you arrive at the stops on the path. The quizzes draw your attention to features in front of you or to a brief history of the place. In many cases, we visited a spot that would not have been obvious as a regular passer by. The tour as a whole was interesting to us as newcomers, but I would have liked more information on many locations we visited - a few links outside of the app for each place would have been helpful. Beyond that, the interface was a bit clunky and sometimes awkward to navigate. We definitely don't regret trying this out and feel like we got our money's worth on the experience.

Which tour combines puzzles and photographs?

Secrets of Osnabruck is a self-guided walking tour with puzzles and photo tasks around the Marktplatz, city hall and old town. On the way you also see Hexengang. The game uses the free Loquiz app and allows at most four players to share one phone. Choose this option when colleagues want an exploratory activity with different ways to participate. Read prompts together and hear suggestions from each teammate before deciding on an answer. Photo tasks offer another focus alongside solving puzzles. The small team helps keep everyone involved, rather than leaving one colleague to handle the whole activity while the others simply follow through the city.

Where does the outdoor escape story lead?

The Osnabruck Syndicate (outdoor escape game) follows Magnus and stolen formulas from Dom St. Petrus to Schloss Osnabrück. Along the route you also see Hasetorwall and Heger-Tor. Your team plays on foot through the free Loquiz app, with at most five players on one phone. This outdoor escape game takes place in the streets and gives colleagues a continuing story to work through together. Share the reading role and consider different suggestions before agreeing on the next answer. Its team limit is larger than the exploration game’s, so use the limit for your chosen activity. Each teammate can help shape the decisions rather than leave the chase to one person.

What practical details should you settle?

Either Osnabruck game costs €19.95 per team and lasts 1.5 to 2 hours. Starting is flexible every day, and bookings are valid for 12 months. Prepare the free Loquiz app and arrange a phone for each team. The puzzle tour permits at most four players per team, while the outdoor escape game permits at most five. All teams can start together and compare scores after playing. Larger groups can request a group quote on the website. Give the full walking activity enough time in your outing plans so colleagues can enjoy discussing and solving together before you continue with the other parts of the day.

Which app do colleagues need?

Both Osnabruck games use the free Loquiz app.

How many players fit in a team?

Secrets of Osnabruck allows at most four players, while the outdoor escape game allows at most five, on one phone.

Can teams compare results?

How long should we allow?

Either game takes 1.5 to 2 hours.
