I had a fantastic experience with CityGame! The concept is creative, engaging, and a great way to explore a city in a completely new way. The games are well-designed, combining puzzles, storytelling, and adventure so you’re constantly discovering something interesting around every corner. What I especially love is how CityGame turns a normal walk through the city into an interactive experience. It’s perfect for friends, families, or team outings, and it makes sightseeing much more exciting than the usual tours. Everything was easy to use, the challenges were fun and clever, and it really encouraged us to look closer at the city and its hidden details. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a unique and memorable way to explore!

This is an interesting way to conduct a self-guided Amsterdam city tour. It used the GPS on your phone to guide you to stops on a route. There are mini quizzes once you arrive at the stops on the path. The quizzes draw your attention to features in front of you or to a brief history of the place. In many cases, we visited a spot that would not have been obvious as a regular passer by. The tour as a whole was interesting to us as newcomers, but I would have liked more information on many locations we visited - a few links outside of the app for each place would have been helpful. Beyond that, the interface was a bit clunky and sometimes awkward to navigate. We definitely don't regret trying this out and feel like we got our money's worth on the experience.

What does the puzzle tour include?
Secrets of Cordoba is a self-guided walking tour past Puerta de Almodóvar and the Alcázar, with puzzles and photo tasks. Along the route you also see the Synagogue of Córdoba. The game plays in the browser on your own phone without an app. Pick this option when colleagues want to explore with different ways to join the activity. Share the reading, discuss answers together and let photo tasks offer another point of focus. A team of at most four gives each person a chance to contribute rather than leave everything to the colleague holding the device. The tour supplies the common challenge while teammates bring their observations and ideas.

Which route follows a detective story?
Sherlock Holmes murder mystery in Cordoba takes your team from Plaza de las Tendillas to Plaza de la Corredera through the old centre. You investigate on foot in the free Loquiz app, with one phone for at most four players. Choose the mystery if colleagues would enjoy a case as the thread connecting their walk. Read the prompts together so everyone can follow the discussion and hear different suggestions before deciding on an answer. The small team keeps the conversation manageable and gives quieter colleagues space alongside the quick answerers. A detective story provides a common goal while walking leaves room to talk between the decisions you make together.
How can the organiser prepare several teams?
Both Cordoba games cost €19.95 per team and take 1.5 to 2 hours. You can start whenever you want, every day, within the booking’s 12-month validity. Form teams of at most four, each with its own phone. All teams can begin at the same time and compare scores afterwards. Choose the browser-based tour or prepare the free Loquiz app for the detective mystery before gathering. Larger groups can ask for a group quote on the website. Leave enough time for the full walk in your schedule so colleagues can enjoy solving together before the outing moves on to your other plans.
