Customer Relations & Experience Internship

Together with a young and international team, you will ensure that our brand grows and City Game becomes a world leader. You will work on the entire customer journey from booking, customer service lines and responding to reviews, constantly looking for ways to improve the entire flow.

A selection of your work

  • Customer service: answering the service line, answering emails, helping customers with doubts.
  • Working on booking platforms: uploading and managing products on Get Your Guide, Viator and other platforms.
  • Aftercare: answering reviews and emails, finding ways to improve our services.
