Vlinderhof
Vlinderhof is a public garden within the Máxima park. Although the garden is signposted, it is not always possible to find the garden in this 200 hectare park. Therefore, it is recommended to check the location beforehand and take the directions with you. In this park, you can celebrate weddings, baptisms and more! It’s also one of our favourite places to take the best photos and make memories that will last a lifetime.
Wilhelminapark
Wilhelminapark is a city park in the Dutch city of Utrecht. It is one of the first parks in the Netherlands recognized as a national monument. You can find the park in Utrecht East and east of Oudwijk. The surrounding neighborhood is called the Wilhelminaparkbuurt while a street along the park is also called Wilhelminapark. Make sure you visit if you are in the area. This park is one of our favourite places to visit.
Utrecht University Botanic Gardens
The history of the living plant collections of Utrecht University dates back to the 17th century. Did you know that the first botanical medical garden of the university was founded in Utrecht in 1639. Around 1723, the collection was moved to another location within the old city, which still exists as the garden of the University Museum. You definitely shouldn’t miss this park!
