Caesar salad
This salad comes from the Italian chef Cesare Cardini, hence its name. It did not take long for it to be called “Caesar”. A curious salad in which he combined fresh lettuce with an egg preparation, Parmesan cheese and olive oil. Later, other ingredients have been added, such as chicken. Taco tijuana

A combination created by chef Miguel Ángel Guerrero, which fuses components of Baja California, Mexican, Mediterranean and Oriental culinary art. The Orientals brought tempura, the Japanese art of quick frying, particularly of vegetables and seafood, to the United States and northern Mexico.
Grilled beef tacos
Within the specialty of Tijuana Tacos, one of the most demanded is the carne asada. The first thing to do is to marinate for two hours some steaks of a good cut of meat, with salt, pepper, lemon juice and onion slices. When the coals are ready, grill the meat on both sides and cut it into small cubes. Finally, it is served in the tortilla abundantly seasoned with guacamole.
