I had a fantastic experience with CityGame! The concept is creative, engaging, and a great way to explore a city in a completely new way. The games are well-designed, combining puzzles, storytelling, and adventure so you’re constantly discovering something interesting around every corner. What I especially love is how CityGame turns a normal walk through the city into an interactive experience. It’s perfect for friends, families, or team outings, and it makes sightseeing much more exciting than the usual tours. Everything was easy to use, the challenges were fun and clever, and it really encouraged us to look closer at the city and its hidden details. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a unique and memorable way to explore!

This is an interesting way to conduct a self-guided Amsterdam city tour. It used the GPS on your phone to guide you to stops on a route. There are mini quizzes once you arrive at the stops on the path. The quizzes draw your attention to features in front of you or to a brief history of the place. In many cases, we visited a spot that would not have been obvious as a regular passer by. The tour as a whole was interesting to us as newcomers, but I would have liked more information on many locations we visited - a few links outside of the app for each place would have been helpful. Beyond that, the interface was a bit clunky and sometimes awkward to navigate. We definitely don't regret trying this out and feel like we got our money's worth on the experience.

How we check reviews

What does the exploration route include?

Secrets of Eindhoven takes a puzzle walk from Markt past the Philips Museum and De Witte Dame. It allows at most four players sharing one phone with the free Loquiz app. Your colleagues guide themselves, discussing observations and approaches as they follow the exploration activity together. Choose this option when varied city tasks suit your outing. Everyone can help make decisions, keeping the challenge shared within the team rather than leaving all the next steps only to the person handling the screen.

Where can colleagues follow a detective case?

Sherlock Holmes murder mystery in Eindhoven starts on Markt and leads past De Blob and the Philips Museum. It uses the free Loquiz app on your own phone, with at most four players per team. Colleagues can discuss the mystery while guiding themselves through the walk at their own pace. Pick it when investigating together sounds like the focus your group wants. Prepare a phone for every team and encourage everyone to offer ideas as the detective story provides a shared activity for the outing.

Which outdoor escape choice allows five players?

The Eindhoven Syndicate (outdoor escape game) follows Magnus and the stolen formulas past Markt, Sint-Catharinakerk and Stadhuis Eindhoven. It allows at most five players sharing a phone with the free Loquiz app. Colleagues guide themselves through the streets and follow the story at their team's pace. This limit offers your organiser another way to divide the group into small teams. Keep rivalry relaxed and let everyone contribute to decisions, making the outdoor chase shared around the phone and a common focus for colleagues.

How do we organise the team budget and beginning?
