I had a fantastic experience with CityGame! The concept is creative, engaging, and a great way to explore a city in a completely new way. The games are well-designed, combining puzzles, storytelling, and adventure so you’re constantly discovering something interesting around every corner. What I especially love is how CityGame turns a normal walk through the city into an interactive experience. It’s perfect for friends, families, or team outings, and it makes sightseeing much more exciting than the usual tours. Everything was easy to use, the challenges were fun and clever, and it really encouraged us to look closer at the city and its hidden details. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a unique and memorable way to explore!

This is an interesting way to conduct a self-guided Amsterdam city tour. It used the GPS on your phone to guide you to stops on a route. There are mini quizzes once you arrive at the stops on the path. The quizzes draw your attention to features in front of you or to a brief history of the place. In many cases, we visited a spot that would not have been obvious as a regular passer by. The tour as a whole was interesting to us as newcomers, but I would have liked more information on many locations we visited - a few links outside of the app for each place would have been helpful. Beyond that, the interface was a bit clunky and sometimes awkward to navigate. We definitely don't regret trying this out and feel like we got our money's worth on the experience.

Which exploration game begins from the square?
Secrets of Eindhoven runs from the square past Philips Museum and De Witte Dame, with puzzles to solve along the way. This gives your group a route through city places and a common activity between them. Choose it when puzzle exploration is what your companions want from a walk together.
Up to four players share one phone with the free Loquiz app. Before beginning, let everyone hear the first instruction and offer an idea. You can change who reads or explains as you go, so the device holder does not carry every decision alone. The square becomes a gathering point for a walk the whole group helps shape.

How does the outdoor escape mission use the square?
The Eindhoven Syndicate (outdoor escape game) starts on the square and takes you past Sint-Catharinakerk, the city hall and Van Abbemuseum. Your group follows Magnus and the stolen formulas through the streets, with those places giving the pursuit its settings. Choose this option when a continuing mission appeals more than solving varied exploration puzzles.
Up to five players share one phone with the free Loquiz app. Keep everyone involved by hearing the task together before choosing an answer. A companion without the device can still suggest a different approach worth discussing. Reading and explaining can change hands during the outing, helping the activity remain common to all players throughout the walk.
What detective option can you choose from the same square?
Sherlock Holmes murder mystery in Eindhoven also begins on the Markt and leads past De Blob and Philips Museum. Choose it if your group prefers an investigation to the exploration puzzles or the Syndicate pursuit. The detective game allows up to four players on one phone and uses the free Loquiz app.
All three activities take 1.5 to 2 hours and cost €19.95 per team. All offer flexible daily starts and remain valid for twelve months after purchase. Compare team limits and activity styles with your companions, then choose a suitable date. Extra time at individual places belongs alongside the game duration when planning the shared outing.
Do the described games start on the square?
Yes, all three begin from the Markt.
Which activity permits five players?

How many phones are needed?
