I had a fantastic experience with CityGame! The concept is creative, engaging, and a great way to explore a city in a completely new way. The games are well-designed, combining puzzles, storytelling, and adventure so you’re constantly discovering something interesting around every corner. What I especially love is how CityGame turns a normal walk through the city into an interactive experience. It’s perfect for friends, families, or team outings, and it makes sightseeing much more exciting than the usual tours. Everything was easy to use, the challenges were fun and clever, and it really encouraged us to look closer at the city and its hidden details. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a unique and memorable way to explore!

This is an interesting way to conduct a self-guided Amsterdam city tour. It used the GPS on your phone to guide you to stops on a route. There are mini quizzes once you arrive at the stops on the path. The quizzes draw your attention to features in front of you or to a brief history of the place. In many cases, we visited a spot that would not have been obvious as a regular passer by. The tour as a whole was interesting to us as newcomers, but I would have liked more information on many locations we visited - a few links outside of the app for each place would have been helpful. Beyond that, the interface was a bit clunky and sometimes awkward to navigate. We definitely don't regret trying this out and feel like we got our money's worth on the experience.

What is the Agent X.O. mission?
Secrets of Brussels asks your team to help Agent X.O. recover a legendary waffle-patterned outfit. It runs in the browser on your own phone without an app. Along the walk you see the Palace of Karel van Lotharingen, the Queen Elisabeth statue and Brussels Parliament. The fictional mission gives colleagues a common purpose as they explore the city together. Let different teammates read prompts and offer suggestions so the activity stays shared. In a team of at most four, each person can help shape the next decision rather than simply follow the colleague holding the phone. The story provides the challenge while your team supplies its own observations and discussion.

Which route follows the detective mystery?
Sherlock Holmes murder mystery in Brussels takes your team from the Grand Place past Manneken Pis to the Mont des Arts. You play the case on foot at your own pace through the free Loquiz app, with at most four players sharing one phone. Choose this option when colleagues would enjoy investigating together as they walk. Read the prompts so everyone can follow the conversation and weigh different ideas before choosing an answer. The small-team format gives quieter suggestions space alongside the quick answers. A detective case creates a continuing focus for the outing without needing one colleague to act as the group’s guide throughout the activity.
