I had a fantastic experience with CityGame! The concept is creative, engaging, and a great way to explore a city in a completely new way. The games are well-designed, combining puzzles, storytelling, and adventure so you’re constantly discovering something interesting around every corner. What I especially love is how CityGame turns a normal walk through the city into an interactive experience. It’s perfect for friends, families, or team outings, and it makes sightseeing much more exciting than the usual tours. Everything was easy to use, the challenges were fun and clever, and it really encouraged us to look closer at the city and its hidden details. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a unique and memorable way to explore!

This is an interesting way to conduct a self-guided Amsterdam city tour. It used the GPS on your phone to guide you to stops on a route. There are mini quizzes once you arrive at the stops on the path. The quizzes draw your attention to features in front of you or to a brief history of the place. In many cases, we visited a spot that would not have been obvious as a regular passer by. The tour as a whole was interesting to us as newcomers, but I would have liked more information on many locations we visited - a few links outside of the app for each place would have been helpful. Beyond that, the interface was a bit clunky and sometimes awkward to navigate. We definitely don't regret trying this out and feel like we got our money's worth on the experience.

Where does the museum appear on the detective route?
Sherlock Holmes murder mystery in Berlin includes the museum, DeJa Vu Museum, the Museum for Pre- and Early History and Kolonnadenhof among its stops. These places give your investigation changing settings while the case provides something to discuss between them. The museum is one part of a broader walk rather than its only destination.
No museum admission or exhibition visit is specified for the game. If you want an additional visit, plan its time independently alongside the activity. At the stop itself, let the real setting have attention before reading onward. Clear expectations help your companions understand what the shared outing includes and where extra visiting time belongs in the rest of your day.

What does investigating together on one device involve?
Sherlock Holmes murder mystery in Berlin is self-guided through the free Loquiz app on one phone. Up to four players form a team and compare their theories about the case. The device provides the activity while your group supplies the conversation and decisions that carry the investigation through the city.
Let everyone hear each task before agreeing on an answer. A companion without the phone in their hand may have another approach worth explaining. You can change who reads or leads the discussion as you go, so the device holder need not manage every decision alone. This helps all players remain part of the case rather than simply following the person operating the phone.
How can you arrange the rest of the city day?
Allow 1.5 to 2 hours for the detective game and prepare the free Loquiz app on your shared phone. It costs €19.95 per team and offers a flexible start every day. Your purchase remains valid for twelve months, so you can find a suitable date with your companions.
Discuss whether the activity will be the main outing or one part of a longer visit. Extra time at individual places belongs alongside the game duration. With that plan clear, everyone can arrive ready for the same investigation, enjoying the case as a common challenge while giving the museum and the other real settings attention between the decisions that carry your walk forward.
